Thinking of you as always

December 5th 2006
One year ago - Little we knew that morning, The sorrow the day would bring, The shock was great, the loss severe, To part with a friend we loved so dear, Each day downs and starts anew, And as it does we think of you. Deep in our hearts you will always be.
Love and miss you always Elaine & Steve

you remind me of summer. Skies of bright blue, lush vivid green grass.A brilliant yellow sun bringing warmth to the world.Flowers in every colour and perfume you could imagine.and the ocean,so clear and warm and blue.all this reminds me of you.

I'd like the memory of me, to be a happy one
I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done
I'd like to leave an echo, whispering softly down the ways
Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days
I'd like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun
Of happy memories, that I leave when life is done.

Wishes From The Heart

Not a day goes by
I don't think of you
Our memories will always stay true
Sometimes I wish for one more day
Because I had a lot to say
Now I wish you are at peace
Even though we are appart
You are a very big part of my heart

a flower may die
the sun may set
but a sister like you
i will never forget
your name is so precious
it will never grow old
it's engraved in my heart,
forever in gold.

Forever in our Hearts

Those we love remain with us, for love itself lives on.
And cherished memories never fade because a loved one's gone.

Those we love can never be more than a thought apart. For as long as there is memory they'll live on in the heart.

love and miss you always

a poem

This is a poem written from my perspective as Paulas sister by my brother in law Martyn. At the time Martyn was composing this very special poem I was hunting book shops for a poem or some words that would express how I felt to some degree. This poem was sent to me with love from Martyn,Janet Sarah and Ryan.Their support has been very greatly appreciated .
.
Paula,I know you're there in the morning when I wake
You are with me each decision I make
We both thought we'd be around forever
But now you are gone I shall see you never.

Although you've left and walk up above
I'm never alone, I'm wrapped in your love
You were my closest friend for all these years
But now I can't put down my burning tears

People say that love goes on
So saying goodbye doesn't mean you're gone
You are with me every passing day
With your help I shall make my way.

Through all the happiness the pain and the tears
Iknow you will shield me through the coming years
So goodbye my baby sister, you I will remember
and the day I lost you on the 5th of December...

Our Little Rose

This is a poem I wrote for my little sister Paula.
A little rose came into our lives one day
She was tiny and small and she came our way
Our mother adored her with all her heart
The family all loved her from the very start

She was the youngest child of seven
We knew she'd come straight from Heaven
In February this child was born
We picked her name as Paula Dawn

Even though we live far away
My heart is with you every day
So when you're sad and feeling low
Take a big breath and we will know

Many of us are thinking of you
our little rose whom we love so
From the oldest chid of seven
To the youngest child from heaven

Aunty paula........

A single rose in Gods garden,
More loved than all the rest
For it has a special beauty,
Found only in the best.
Such flowers are always cherished,
For there are very few,
As lovely as that single rose,
That rose, dear Paula was you
